The building has a long history
Its most recent renovation revealed a triangular piece of plywood inside the wall, inscribed with information that the building was a chimneyless dwelling in the 1850s and that the owner ultimately met her end due to excessive alcohol consumption. The building was later expanded and most recently used as a holiday house for the Tarmel furniture factory.
Uueveski party house is easy to reach by car along the Piibe road, as well as by train to Aegviidu or Nelijärve station – the house is within walking distance from both.
