Pääsu Villa In 1938, State Elder Konstantin Päts opened a tourist resort called Turistide kodu, or Tourist Home in English, at Nelijärve, which became a popular summer and winter retreat for Estonia’s intellectuals. In 2003 the building was renovated into the romantic Pääsu Villa.
